Shipping Sample(s) to PRAGMA

• If available, please provide a CAD file (STEP format) and/or good laser scan (STL preferably, or XYZ point cloud) for each sample. This will be fully protected by NDA if installed.
  

• Please have 2–3 pictures of the sample(s) and padding condition prior to closing the shipping box (crate or otherwise), with rough dimensions and weight (so we can plan ahead where to put it in the lab).
  

• IMPORTANT: If the package must cross the Canadian border, the commercial invoice should be properly filled such that PRAGMA doesn’t have to pay custom duties or taxes. Typically that means putting a very low declared value (10.00$) and a clear mention like “Temporary Loan”.
  

• IMPORTANT: Please send the tracking number to both of these email addresses: sales@pragmandt.com, info@pragmandt.com.
  

• We ask customers/partners to take joint responsibility in checking the tracking status to ensure there are no shipment issues.
  

• We can accept crates and regular boxes.
  

• Our shipping dock is at normal height (44–50 in.), and we can welcome typical 53’ trailers. We have a standard pallet jack, a forklift and casters to move crates around.
  

• We ask the customer/partner to cover the return shipping cost of the sample (if a return is needed). The carrier, account number and selected modality (overnight, 2-day, 1 week, etc.) must be provided.
  

• Note: Over the last 2 years, we have observed better overall reliability and pricing with DHL.
